Finland is one of the most developed countries of librarianship in the world. The government takes the librarianship as the important part of social welfare, culture and education, and gives it full financial and legislative support. This paper introduces the National Library, public libraries and the National Repository Library of Finland, including the finance, legislation, management and service.
