养阴生津中药缓解慢性心衰患者应用利尿剂后口干疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察养阴生津中药缓解慢性心衰患者应用利尿剂后口干的疗效。方法:60例患者随机分为2组各30例,2组均给予标准心衰治疗方案,在此基础上治疗组给予养阴生津中药口服,对照组口干时含服冰块,疗程均3周。结果:治疗组口干缓解明显优于对照组,P<0.05。提示:养阴生津中药可很好地缓解慢性心衰应用利尿剂后口干症状,改善生活质量,提高服药依从性。
