摘要
地区电网EMS由于只有本地信息,在电气拓扑上会出现假孤岛的情况,使得孤岛间的潮流计算不可能。为了在以上的情形下能够进行地区电网潮流计算,本文提出了利用上级调度自动化系统下发数据以解决该问题的两种方法:①上一级调度下发状态估计后母线电压相角信号;②同步测量相量系统的应用。地区电网自动化系统根据相角数据修正其状态估计以解决假电孤岛下的地区调度员潮流计算问题。上面两种方法的灵活运用提高了地区调度员潮流计算的精度,且系统的维护又较为直观方便。
Area power networks have only local information,an there are phenomena of false electric islands. These phenomena make the power-flow calculation between two electric"islands"impossible. To solve the above problem, this paper describes 2 methods:(1)The upper dispatcher center sends the bus phasor data to the area EMS; (2)The application of phasor measurment system. Th area networks Energy Management System(EMS) can solve the power-flow calculation problem by adjusting the state estimation with the phasor measurments obtained from the above two methods. The application can solve the problem of power-flow calculation in area networks when there are false electric islands in a proper accuracy,and the maintenance of the system is simple and intuitive.
