医学生自我评价与自我接纳调查分析

Medical Students' Self-evaluation and Self-acceptance Survey Analysis

目的:了解医学生自我评价与自我接纳状况,为医学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法对沈阳医学院与辽宁何氏医学院的部分在校生1 500人,应用个人评价问卷(personal evaluation of self-assessment question-naire,PEI)对自我评价进行测定,应用自我接纳问卷(self-acceptance questionnaire,SAQ)对自我接纳进行测定。结果:医学生在总体自我评价得分与自我接纳得分均处于中等偏上水平,女生的自我接纳水平高于男生(P<0.05),非特困学生自我评价高于特困学生(P<0.05),在总体自我评价与自我接纳上,城市学生高于城镇与农村学生(P<0.01),独生子女高于非独生子女(P分别<0.05,<0.01),恋爱学生高于非恋爱学生(P<0.01)。结论:医学生的自我评价与自我接纳受性别、来源地、独生与否、特困生是否处于恋爱中等因素的影响。

Objective：To understand students＇ self-evaluation and self-acceptance condition,to provide a theoretical basis for psychological health education of medical students.Methods：1 500 students between Shenyang Medical College and Liaoning HE medical college were investigated with personal evaluation of self-assessment questionnaire（PEI） and self-acceptance questionnaire（SAQ）.Results：Medical students in general self-evaluation score and self-acceptance scores were still in the middle level,the level of self-acceptance in girls was higher than boys（P0.05）,non-poor students self-evaluation was higher than poor students（P0.05）.Between the overall self-evaluation and self-acceptance,city students was higher than that of urban and rural students（P0.01）,only child was higher than non-only children（P0.05,P0.01）,love students were higher than that of non love students（P0.01）.Conclusion：Medical students＇ self-evaluation and self-acceptance can be affected by gender,source,the only-child or not,special hardship or not,in love or not.
