摘要
通过理论分析,确定了弛放气回收项目开发放大研究需要解决的关键问题和解决办法。利用化工流程模拟软件进行了模拟计算,确定了相平衡常数,吸收塔理论板数,并优化了小型试验流程。
The solution of the major problems has been found through theoretical analysis in the industrialized research of the synthetic gas recovery. The phase equilibrium constant and theoretical number of absorption tower trays have been decided through the simulation calculation by using the process flow simulation software, and the process flow for bench test has been optihazed.
