注浆在地铁7号线北京西站龙门吊地基加固中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 为确保地铁竖井及龙门吊的安全运行,在基坑开挖前对龙门吊附件的地基进行注浆加固。工程采用二重管A、B(C)无收缩双液WSS工法、水泥-水玻璃双液浆,对16.5m/14.5m范围内地基进行注浆加固。本工程钻孔深度大,回填土土质复杂,距离龙门吊等构筑物距离近,具有很大的施工难度。注浆加固后龙门吊未出现明显位移和沉降,注浆加固效果良好。 To ensure the safety of underground shaft and gantry crane operation, the groundsill nearby gantry crane was reinforced by grouting before the pit excavation. The groundsill ranged between 16.Sm/14.Sm was grouting reinforced by double pipe A, B ( C ) non shrinkage double liquid WSS method and cement-soluble glass double slurry. The project is difficult because of the deeper drill hole, complex backfill soil and the gantry crane is close to the constructions. The displacement and subside of gantry crane not occurred evident, and the effect of grouting reinforcement was good.
