摘要
建立了一种用于不同化妆品中5种硝基麝香含量的气相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱联用检测方法。化妆品中的硝基麝香通过丙酮/正己烷混合液超声提取,提取液经过浓缩,以CNWBOND Si固相萃取柱净化。再由气相色谱-三重四极杆质谱联用仪检测,氘代二甲苯麝香内标法定量。该方法对化妆品中5种硝基麝香的加标回收率在85.81%~104.92%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)不大于5.75%,检测限分别达到2.0~10.0μg/kg。方法选择性好,能有效消除复杂基体干扰,可作为常见化妆品中硝基麝香类化合物含量检测的确证方法。
A new method was presented for the determination of five nitro-musks in different cosmetics by gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted under ultrasonication using a mixture of acetone and hexane. The extracted solution was cleaned up by CNWBOND Si solid phase extraction cartridge and followed by qualitative and quantitative analysis under the MRM mode with dis-musk xylene as internal standard. The method was applied to the cosmetics analysis,and the recovery for the spiked samples was in the range of 85.81%-104.92%, and the relative standard deviations(RSDs) were no more than 5.75%. The detection limits of the method were about 2. 0-10.0 μg/kg. The method was accurate, rapid, sensitive and could be applied to the analysis of five nitro-musks in cosmetics.
