摘要
氮气正压射孔是在油管传送负压射孔的基础上 ,利用氮气膨胀能和射孔弹爆炸能 ,使孔眼周围形成微裂缝 ,消除压实带 ,提高射孔效率的早期增产新技术。 1996~ 1999年 ,该技术先后在吐哈油田试验应用 19次 ,取得了良好效果。
Nitrogen gas overbalanced perforation is a new technique for early time increase in production which, based on tubing conveyed underbalanced perforation, utilizes nitrogen gas expansion energy and perforating charge explosion energy to create microfractures near wellbore, to remove compacted zone and to increase perforating effciency. From 1996 to 1999, this technique was on trial nineteen times successively in Tuha Oilfield with good application results.
