摘要
针对采煤机恶劣的工作环境导致位置传感器故障率高,系统可靠性差的问题,提出了双开关磁阻电机(SRM)无位置传感器控制策略。以DSP为核心控制芯片,搭建了双18.5 kW SRM控制器,并在某型电牵引采煤机上进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,主、从机换相平稳,输出功率平衡,位置估计精确,转矩脉动小。
The poor work conditions of shearer lead to the high failure rate and the poor reliability, so sensorless control strategy of double switched reluctance motor(SRM) is proposed.Two 18.5 kW SRM controllers are set up by using DSP as the key control chip,and the experiment is done in a shearer.Double SRM sensorless experimental results show that switching phases is reliable, power outputs of two SRM are power balanceable, and rotor position estimation is precision and torque ripple is small.
