Study on the Path of Innovative New City of University Library Service Construction——Based on the Perspective of Information Needs of World Horticulture Exposition and linked Industries

以河北联合大学图书馆为例,分析了高校图书馆服务创新城市建设意义和优势,阐述了2016年唐山世园会的承办对相关联动产业及创新城市建设的影响,并从服务世园会、开发地方旅游文献、服务曹妃甸建设3个方面研究了面向唐山市提供社会化信息服务的创新实践,从而推进唐山市创新型城市建设的进程。

As an example of Hebei United University Library,this paper has analyzed the significance and advantages of the construction of Library Service Innovation city,Described the affection of the Undertaking of 2016 Tangshan world Horticulture exposition Related linkage industries and Innovative city.From Three aspects the service of world Horticulture exposition、Development of local tourism literature、Service Caofeidian Construction,studying the Innovative practice in the provision of social services-oriented Tangshan,Promoted the process of building innovation city of Tangshan City.
