网络已经深入到社会的各个领域。网络环境给图书馆带来了种种冲击和挑战。为了在网络环境下求得生存和发展,图书馆就必须从如下5个方面转变服务理念:从保存文化的堡垒到传播文化的机站,从孤芳自赏的清高到融于大众的平和,从被动受理需求到主动提供服务,从文化垄断到生存竞争,从以自我服务为中心到以读者需求为导向。

Internet has penetrated into every field of society.Network environment library brought all sorts of challenges.In order to survive and develop under the network environment,libraries must from the following five aspects： to change the concept of service from the preservation of cultural stronghold to spread culture station,from the lofty to indulge in self-admiration into public peace,from passive acceptance to offer services,from monopoly to competition from culture,to self service center to the reader demand.
