摘要
职业高原现象在高校图书馆员工中普遍存在。结合重庆邮电大学图书馆的员工现状和存在的职业高原现象,分析了地方高校图书馆职业高原现象的成因。在此基础上,结合高校即将开展的岗位聘任和绩效工资改革,提出了相关积极有效的管理措施。
"Career plateau" phenomenon is widely present in the workers in university libraries.According to the present status and "career plateau" phenomenon of the worker in the library of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications,the reason for "career plateau" phenomenon in local university libraries was analyzed.On this basis,some efficient administrant measures were introduced combined with post appointment and performance related pay reformation in the future.
