摘要
为降低机械采油耗电量,正在研制三驴头节能抽油机,其结构特点是游梁的后端设两个驴头,前端设一个驴头,曲柄销与游梁采用钢丝绳(或链、带等)柔性连接。通过这种抽油机特征方程的推导和举例计算,并与常规CYJ—3—37HB型抽油机比较,可知三驴头节能抽油机扭矩最大值减小37.65%,平均功率减少10.97%,光杆的最大加速度为原来的93.5%,最大速度为原来的94.7%,电流均方根值为原来的83.3%,综合节能在15%以上。
To reduce the energy consumption in mechanical oil recovery, a pumping unit with three horse heads is developed.Two horse heads and one horse head are respectively fixed on the back and front ends of the walking beam, the crank pinis connected with the walking beam by wireline (or chain, belt). The charecteristic equations of this unit are derived andrelevant calculation is made. Compared with Model CYJ-37HB pumping unit, the maximum torque of this pumpingunit is reduced by 37.65%, mean horsepower is reduced by 10.97%, and more than 15% energy is saved.
