摘要
含裂纹管道剩余强度的评价方法主要有极限载荷法和断裂力学法,常用的评定规程有英国中央电力局(CEGB)的R6方法、美国电力研究院的EPRI方法和美国机械工程师协会的ASMEIWB-3650方法。在分析目前存在的问题和未来研究的发展趋势后指出,今后应继续完善各种管道及裂纹形状和尺寸的断裂力学参数;完善各种油气管道材料的断裂韧性和J阻力扩展曲线数据库;开展弯管、三通管及复合型裂纹等的研究;发展和完善我国自己的油气管道专用评定规程,进一步研究更科学、经济、合理的管道剩余强度评价方法。
Defects in a pipeine are usually generated in construction and opeeration, and crack is one of the most common defects.It is of great importance to assess the remaining strength of the pipeline containing cracks. This article discusses the commonassessment methods,including the limit load method and fracture mechanics method.The developing trend of the research onthe assessment methods is analyzed. It is indicated that the fracture mechanics parameters for various kinds of dimensions andconfigurations of pipelines and cracks should be calculated, the database of fracture toughness and J resistance curves for vari-ous oil and gas pipeline materials should be perfected, and relevant assessment regulations should be worded out.
