摘要
翼阀是催化裂化装置中的关键设备 ,操作使用的好坏直接影响装置的长期运转。文中介绍了翼阀的工作原理 ,对其操作情况进行了分析 ,介绍了翼阀操作失常的判断。提出了翼阀在选用、制造及安装中应注意的事项。
The wing valve is the key equipment in catalytic cracking unit.The good or bad opration affects the long period operation of unit.In this article,the working priciple of wing valve is recommended,the operation situation is analyzed,the diagnosis of abnormal operation for wing valve is given.Matters needing attention at the selection of wing valve,manufacture and erection are presented.
