摘要
08 Cr2 Al Mo钢具有高的抗硫化氢应力腐蚀能力 ,同时在特定的温度条件下 ,抗水中氧腐蚀及盐酸水溶液腐蚀的能力比碳钢高。由于合理的化学成分、优良的工装条件及先进的工艺 ,0 8Cr2 Al Mo钢的纯净度大大提高 ,具有与常用管板材料相匹配的硬度 ,并配有专用的焊接材料 ,具有良好的可焊性和制造性能 。
Cr2AlMo steel has high H 2S stress corrosion crack resistance.Under special temperature condition,the capacities of resistance for the corrosion of oxygen in water and the corrosion of Hydrochloric acid water solution are higher than carbon steel simultaneously.Since reasonable chemical composition,excellent enqineering equipments and advance process,the purity of 08Cr2AlMo steel is increased greatly,08Cr2AlMo steel has the matching hardness with common tubesheet materials,and is provided with special welding material,has good weldability and manufacture performance.It may be used for exchanger bundle in petrochemical system.
