摘要
因催化主风机控制调节系统的放风阀和防阻塞阀存在问题 ,多次引起两阀的误操作、失灵、卡涩等故障 ,影响了装置的正常生产。经可行性研究 ,决定采用 BDY9型电液控制滑阀和 DYD型电液控制蝶阀对二台放风阀和一台防阻塞阀的执行机构进行技术改造。改造后 。
Since problems exist in the bleed valve and anti jamming valve of control regulation system for catalytic main compressor,that two valve are led to misoperation,malfuction,and jam fault etc.In many times,and the normal production of unit is affected.By means of feasibility research,the BDY9 type electro liquid control slide valve and DyD type electro liquid control butterfly valve are adopted to technically reconstructe the actuator of 2 sets bleed valve and 1 set anti jamming valve.After reconstruction,a good effectiveness is obtained.
