军事基础教员应对教育转型的几点思考

Adaption to Educational Transformation of Universities and Colleges Firm Building-up of Military Foundation Teaching Staff

为适应国家、军队教育改革发展形势和建设现代化武警的要求，武警院校系统进行了体制编制调整改革，减少院校数量、完善了培训体系、优化了内部结构、理顺了管理体制等，实现了院校结构性调整，这必将对促进院校建设和人才培养起到重要的推动作用。如何尽快适应教育转型，加强任职院校军事基础教员队伍建设，是当前亟待研究的一个重要课题。

Full-scale system reform and formation adjustment have taken place within all the CAPF＇ s uni- versities and colleges, aiming at adjusting to the education reform and development trend of our country and ar- my, especially the requirement of building a modernized CAPF. We have already reduced the number of uni- versities and colleges, improved the training system, optimized the inside structure, straightened out the sys- tem of management etc, realizing the adjustment structurally, which will surely play a very important driving role in promoting the building and cultivating of schools and talents. In the meantime, it is an important topic to be researched about how to adapt to the educational transformation and strengthen the building of military-re- lated teaching staff in post-oriented schools.
