武警院校军事学研究生导师指导存在着责任心不够强、平时指导有限、指导能力欠缺、群体作用发挥不够及相关政策保障不到位等问题。应采取有效措施激发导师的热情，提高导师的学术能力和指导能力，发挥好导师的群体作用。

Instructions of postgraduate tutors of military studies have such problems as less sense of re- sponsibility, limitation of usual instruction, incapable of instruction, bad team work and lack of relative poli- cies. Effective measures should be taken to inspire teachers＇ passion, to improve teachers＇ research and in- structive ability and performance teachers＇ team functions.
