转化医学指导下研究型医院建设的探讨

Discussion on the Construction of Research-based Hospitals under the Guideline of Translational Medicine

转化医学是国际医学研究的一个新模式,也是一种研究思维,强调基础和临床之间的双向互动,是基础研究和临床应用研究之间的桥梁,目的是将基础研究成果尽快转向临床应用。研究型医院的基本理念和转化医学一致,主要从转化医学和研究型医院的内涵联系、以转化医学思维为指导建设研究型医院的策略出发,提出设想,以供讨论。

Translational Medicine （TM） is a new medical model as well as a kind of conception of research in inter- national medical research, which focuses on two-way communication between basic and clinical research, and becomes their bridge with the purpose of turning basic research achievements into realistic clinical application. The research-based hospitals have the same idea as TM＇s, and some suggestions are put forward from the perspective of the relationship between TM and research-based hospitals and the strategy on the construction of research-based hospitals under the guideline of TM.
