迷宫式流量调节阀计量蒸汽流量误差分析

Analysis for the error caused by steam flow with labyrinth control valve

对迷宫式流量调节阀现场调控蒸汽流量过程中 ,计量流量所产生的误差进行了分析 ,得出了迷宫式调节阀在任一阀门开度下蒸汽流量的相对误差的最大值小于± 10 % ,能够满足现场工艺应用的需要。

Analysis is made in this paper for the error of math mode,calculation method and measured data caused by steam flow with labyrinth control valve in its practical operation.Conclusion is also made that maximum relative error d q m / q m is less than ±10% in the course of any stroke of the valve,which can meet the requirement for its practical process.
