摘要
团队学习是建设学习型组织的核心。当前,团队学习问题的不足之处在于:团队建设滞后严重影响了团队学习的整体成效,目标模糊导致团队学习的动力不足,形式主义造成团队学习有名无实,机制不健全使得团队学习难以持续。因此,新形势下推进团队学习必须加强团队建设,培育深化团队精神;强化团队学习意识,提升团队学习理念;明确团队学习目标,整合团队学习内容;健全团队学习机制,确保学习持续有效。
Group learning is the core of construction of learning organization. There are some problems in the current team learning: team construction lagging seriously affected the overall results of the team learning. The fuzzy target of the group learning leads to the underpowered. Formalism causes a poor apology for team learning. Mechanism is not sound to make team learning unsustainable. Therefore, under the new situation advance team learning must strengthen the team building, foster and deepen the team spirit, strengthen the team learning awareness, promote the team learning concept, clear the team learning goals, integrate the group learning content, sound the team learning mechanism, and guarantee the team learning to be effective.
