摘要
对战略性新兴产业的特征进行了分析,并运用层次分析法设计了针对战略性新兴产业的科研项目评价指标体系,提出了科研项目的模糊优选模型。最后,通过案例验证了其实用性和有效性。
First this paper analyzes the features of the strategic emerging industries, then an evaluation index system of research project on strategic emerging industries is established based on analytical hierarchy process, and the fuzzy optimization model for research project is put forward . At last, an example is discussed to validate the practicability and feasibility of the established index system and model.
