摘要
小微企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新、改善民生方面发挥着重要作用。但在经济危机的影响下,许多小微企业濒临倒闭。调查显示,这种情况与企业无专业的人力资源管理直接相关。因此,研究小微企业人力资源管理岗位胜任力模型显得迫切而重要。高等职业教育的办学目的就是为企业培养高技能的应用型人才,培养学生具有工作岗位所需的职业能力与职业素养。通过把胜任力模型引入教学体系,既可以帮助学生更好地进行专业和工作岗位的准确定位,提高学生就业的对口率,又可以给企业选拔人才提供依据,形成高等职业教育独特的教学体系。
Micro and small enterprises are the key ingredients of Chinese national economy, and play important roles in booming e- conomy, increasing employment, accelerating innovation and bettering the people's livelihood. However, many micro and small en- terprises are close to bankruptcy resulting from world economic crisis and poor management of human resources. Therefore, researches on the competency model for human resource management are urgent and important for this kind of enterprises. The objective of higher vocational education has been set to foster application--oriented personnel with high skills for enterprises, in other words, to teach students to master occupation ability and occupation accomplishment. Teaching practice shows that the introduction of competency model into education system not only helps the students fix position properly while they select the speciality and post of duty, but also provides basis for enterprises to single out the wanted students. And the introduction of competency model is good for establishing particular teaching system of higher vocational education in China.
