新中国女性职业地位变迁研究——基于生命历程理论视角

Research on the New Chinese Female Occupational Status Change——From the Perspective of Life Course

使用2008年CGSS调查数据,通过对"职业获得模型"的改进分析了新中国女性职业地位的变化。依据生命历程理论中"时间"的三个维度,发现在"历史时间"的影响下女性职业地位的发展具有阶段性特征,并在"社会时间"作用下出现分化。职业发展历程具有浓厚的"社会性色彩",从另一个视角诠释了人口转变理论,将其引向深入。

Based on 2008 General Social Survey data, this paper discusses the changes of female occupational status in China through the improvement of the ＂occupational attainment model＂. According to the three dimensions of ＂time＂ in life course theory, we find the stage characteristics in female occupational status development under the influence of the ＂historical time＂ and differentiation in the role of ＂social time＂. There is a strong ＂social color＂ in female professional development
