超声检测卵巢Brenner瘤的临床价值

Application of ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian Brenner tumor

目的探讨卵巢Brenner瘤的超声应用价值。方法回顾分析50例经手术病理确诊的卵巢Brenner瘤的超声图像资料，总结其声像图特征。结果对照病理。术前超声未检出病例7例，漏诊率140％，6例为早期Brenner瘤，1例合并妊娠。余43倒超声检出病例中69．8％表现为实性肿块，83．3％实性瘤体后方伴明显的声衰减，3012％表现为囊性或囊实混合性。彩色多普勒超声表现：良性Brenner瘤内无血流或少血流，2例恶性者血流丰富。结论特征性的二维超声表现结合血流特点，可能将有助于卵巢Brenner瘤的诊断以及良恶性的鉴别。

Objective To evaluate the application of ultrasonography in diagnosis of ovarian Brenner tumor. Methods Ultrasonic manifestations of 50 cases with ovarian Brenner tumor confirmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed. Re- sults Among 50 pathologically confirmed cases of ovarian Brenner tumor, 43 cases was diagnosed by ultrasound and 7 cases missed, including 6 at early stages and 1 in pregnancy, In 43 ultrasonically diagnosed patients, 69.8% had solid mass with heavy acoustic attenuation and 30.2% had cystic mass or complex solid and cystic mass. Color Doppler flow imaging （CDFI） showed that benign tumor had little or no signals of blood flow, 2 malignant cases had abundant signals of blood flow in the tumor. Conclusion Combining typical two-dimensional images with changes of blood flow in ultrasonography may be helpful to diagnose the Brenner tumor of ovary and differentiate benign Brenner tumor from the malignant.
