摘要
香豆胶与CMC配合使用可制得无固相钻井液及低固相钻井液 ,这种钻井液不含粘土或粘土含量大幅度减少( 75%以上 ) ,而性能优良 ,可抗盐、抗高温 ,有一定抗钙能力 ,能絮凝粘土 ,防止钻井过程中造浆。用香豆胶对普通水基粘土钻井液进行处理 ,可降低钻井液密度 ,改善钻井液性能。 1 978年在玉门油田用香豆胶处理井浆的一次现场试验 ,获得了圆满成功。
This paper presents the results of a research work conducted late 70s at Yumen Oil Fields. Fenugreek gum, a plant gum for preparing high quality hydrofracturing gelling fluids, was used in water base drilling fluids. Solid free drilling fluids composed of fenugreek gum, CMC, lignitic coal/caustic soda mixture and CaCl 2 or KCl had strong flocculating ability for clay particles against mud making. Low solid drilling fluids containing up to 75% less clay had improved properties and clay flocculating ability, too. Fenugreek gum can be used to treat clay muds to lower their density and correct some properties and the field test on fenugreek gum as treating agent performed 1978 while drilling in a well section 1 306 m long was successful and satisfactory.
