摘要
SR 1是由AM、AA、AS、AN和煤焦油树脂等共同聚合而成的 ,它在海水钻井液中有良好的降滤失作用并可改善钻井液流动性。室内评价表明 ,SR 1在海水基浆中有良好的降滤失性、抗温性、抗土相容量限和抗复合盐的效果。在渤海湾埕岛海域已用该剂累计钻定向井 1 5口 ,探井 6口 ,取得了良好效果。
This paper presents the synthesis, performance evaluation and field uses of filtrate loss(FL) reducer SR 1 for sea water drilling fluids(SWDFs). SR 1 is a AM/AA/AS/AN copolymer modified by a coal tar resin and other chemicals. In laboratory experiments with an SWDF of clay content 7.5%, SR 1(1%) is similar to LV CMC(1%) and superior to SK 2(1%) and SMP(3%) in FL reducing efficiency and is resistant to rolling at 150℃ up to 48 hrs. The clay content allowance at ambient temperature of 1% SR 1 treated SWDPs is 17.5%, being higher than that of 1% SK 2 treated ones(12.5%). The tolerance to mixed Na, Mg, Ca salts (TSD=6.04×10 4 ppm) of SR 1 and LV CMC in high clay content SWDFs is similar. SR 1 has been used successfully and benificially in SWDFs for drilling 15 directional and 6 exploratory wells at Chengdao Offshore Oil Field in Bohai Bay.
