摘要
本文介绍了堵水调剖剂GD MB的室内研究与现场应用。GD MB堵调剂由生物钙粉、矿物粉、固化剂等组成 ,配制成可携带、易泵注 ,在一定温度条件下可反应生成高强度凝结体的悬浮浆液。凝结体在 70℃温度条件下可稳定存在 6个月以上 ,其抗压强度大于 1 .0MPa。该堵调剂对岩心的堵塞率大于 98% ,对岩心孔隙具有很强的封堵能力 ,适用于高含水油田油水井堵水调剖 ,已用于胜利孤岛油田 5口注水井的调剖 ,取得了明显效果。
GD MB is a settable (hardenable) aqueous slurry of a biogenic calcareous and a mineral powder with hardening, dispersing, and suspending components added. The setting of the slurry occurs at elevated temperatures (60—80℃) in several hrs controllably. The setted material is strong(compression strength 1.0 MPa) and stable at 70℃ at least over 6 months. In arfificial cores of high permeability (7—90 μm 2) the plugging rate of GD MB is higher than 98% and the breakthrough pressure is no less than 0.5 MPa. The field tests of GD MB for water injectivity profile modification in 5 wells at Gudao Oil Fields are performed with satisfactory results.
