摘要
研究了铬天青S分光光度法用于分析三元复合驱采出液中铝浓度的可行性。考察了单一的和共存的碱(NaOH)、聚合物 (HPAM )、表面活性剂 (ORS41 )、原油、无机盐对铝定量分析的影响。实验表明 ,水样中含有碱、聚合物、原油、无机盐对Al的定量分析影响较小 ;Al浓度一定时 ,表面活性剂ORS41在浓度增大到一定值后 ,水样吸光度不再变化 ,可以通过加入表活剂使其“饱和”的方法消除其影响。用本方法能够准确、快速地分析ASP三元复合驱采出液中微量的Al,分析的相对误差在 5%以内 ,分析的线性范围在 0— 2 80 μg/L。
The method of complexation by chromeazurol S and spectrophotometry is applied to the quantitative analysis of Al in produced water from ASP flooded reservoirs. The interference of alkaline(NaOH), polymer (HPAM), and inorganic salts, single or in combination, is shown to be weak; the crude oil emulsified with water can be remored by extraction; the interference of surfactant (Witco's petroleum sulfonate ORS41) in concentration high enough becomes stabilized and thus can be eliminated by adding ORS41 in proper amount. The relative error of all determinations made is within 5%. The lineality of absorbance concentration relationship maintains in the range of Al 3+ concentrations 0—280 μg/L. This method is accurate and fast.
