摘要
采用氧化还原引发体系合成了丙烯酰胺 /2丙烯酰胺基 2甲基丙磺酸 /二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵多元共聚物 ,研究了合成条件对单体转化率及共聚物的泥浆性能的影响 ,初步评价了共聚物的泥浆性能 ,结果表明 ,AM/AMPS/DMDAAC共聚物热稳定性好 ,降滤失能力、抑制性和抗温抗盐能力强 。
A new filtrate reducer the Acrylamide/2Acrylamido2Methylpropanesulfonate/Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride copolymer was synthesized by redox initation. The condition of synthesis on the conversion rate of monomer and the [η] and mud properties of copolymer were investigated. The properties of mud of the copolymer was evaluated in laboratory, The experimental results showed that the Acrylamide/2Acrylamido2Methylpropanesulfonate/Dimethyl Diallyl Ammonium Chloride copolymer had very good capacites of heat resistance, depressing the filter loss, inhibitory ability, heat resistance and salt tolerance.
