摘要
以负载型杂多酸为催化剂 ,以葡萄糖和正辛醇为原料 ,直接法合成辛基多苷。比较了使用不同种类催化剂时 ,辛基多苷的转化率 ,制备了不同负载量的 H3PW1 2 O40 /Si O2 催化剂 ,并加入强酸性树脂组成复合型催化剂 ,以进一步提高催化活性。本文考察了负载量及反应温度等因素对葡萄糖转化率的影响 ,确定了最佳的反应条件。
Octylglucoside was synthesized directly by using glucose and noctanol with supported heteropolyacid catalysts. The conversion of octylglucoside was compared when different catalysts were used. The composite catalyst H 3PW 12 O 40 /SiO 2 with different loadings and strong acidity resin were prepared, strong acidity resin could improve the catalytic activity. The influence facters about loading amount and temperature were studied and the optimum reaction conditions were determined.
