摘要
以对二甲苯为原料 ,通过两步反应合成了含溴阻燃剂 α,α ,2 ,3 ,5,6六溴对二甲苯。确定了合成中间体2 ,3 ,5,6四溴对二甲苯的最佳工艺条件为 :催化剂∶对二甲苯∶溴 =1∶ 2 8∶ 4 80 (重量比 ) ,反应温度 1 0~ 2 0℃ ,反应时间 7~ 8h。产量 90 %~ 92 %。由中间体合成目标产物的较佳反应条件为 :以四氯化碳为溶剂 ,反应时间 1 5h,分离温度 0~ 9℃ ,产率为 95%。并测定了产品的红外光谱、总溴量、溶点。将目标产物用于纤维制品 ,测试了其阻燃性能。
Brominated flame retardant α,α,2,3,4,5,6hexabromopxylene was synthetized with pxylene through two reactions. The optimum synthetic technology confitions of intermediate 2,3,5,6tetrabrompxylene were obtained: catalyst∶pxylene∶bromine=1∶28∶480(weigh ratio) the reaction temperature 10~20 ℃, the reaction time 7~8 h. The yield was 90%~92%. The optium reaction synthetic conditions of product from intermediate were obtained too: carbon tertrachloro as solvent, reaction time 15 h, separation temperature 0~5 ℃. The yield was 95%. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR, mp, the total amount of oromine and its flame retardabitity properties were measured.
