摘要
硬脂酸加氨生成十八腈 ,十八腈在乙醇溶剂中 ,经 Raney Ni催化 ,在加压下加氢生成十八胺。对氨化和氢化的反应温度、压力、催化剂用量等进行讨论。确定了最佳氨化温度是 3 3 0℃ ,氢化反应温度为 1 40℃ ,氢化压力 3 .0 MPa,催化剂 1 5%~ 2 0 %。
Octadecylnitrile was prepared by the stearic acid with ammonia. Octadecylanine was prepared by the octadecylnitnile with hydrogen in the alcohol solvents and RaneyNicatalyzer, under pressure. The effect of both ammoniation and hydrogenation, reaetion temperature, reaction pressuse and the dosage of catalysts etc. was discussed. The process condition of the prepartion was determined, the aminate reaction temperature 330 ℃, hydrogenation reaction temperature 140 ℃, reaction pressure 3.0 MPa and the dosage of catalysts 15%~20%. The quality of octadecylamine produced both atmyslef factory and abrod was analyed all the same.
