介绍了一种快速而准确地测定烷基糖苷产品中残余葡萄糖量的新方法—比色法 ,并与传统方法作比较。结果证明 。
Colorimetry used to measure the content of residual glucose in APG was intraduced as a new method. The result showed that colorimetry analysis on determining glucose in APG was effective.
