不同部位植入动态血糖监测系统对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响及护理 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨不同部位植入动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者的影响及采取的护理对策。方法选择门诊定期产检的GDM患者33例随机分为上臂植入组16例及后腰部植入组17例,将两组CGMS血糖值与相应的指尖血糖值(SMBG)进行相关性分析,并比较两组发生故障情况。结果上臂植入组与后腰部植入组患者CGMS血糖值与SMBG均呈正相关(r分别为0.794,0.922;P〈0.01);上臂植入组发生故障6次,后腰部植入组发生故障1次,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(X2=4.69,P〈0.01)。结论CGMS能够为GDM患者提供连续的、真实的血糖图谱,为患者的健康教育提供有力的证据。
