盐对血压调节的影响及护理对策 被引量:2

摘要 盐作为重要的环境因素与高血压病的发生发展密切相关,个体间对盐负荷和限盐呈现不同的反应。20世纪70年代,Kawasaki和Luft依据高血压病患者和血压正常个体对盐负荷和限盐后的血压反应提出“血压的盐敏感性”概念。盐敏感性高血压指相对高盐摄入引起血压显著升高,而限盐摄入后可使血压下降。随着研究的不断深入,高盐不仅可引起血压不同程度的升高,还可导致左心室肥厚、脑卒中发生率增加、尿微蛋白排泄率增多而加速肾功能恶化、尿钙排泄加速导致骨质脱钙易骨折等并发症。
