民营企业高管团队认知冲突对企业绩效影响的实证研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章以89个民营企业的高管团队为研究样本,探讨了高管团队认知冲突对企业绩效的影响及中介机制。研究结果表明,民营企业高管团队认知冲突对决策质量、决策承诺和企业绩效有着积极的影响,决策承诺和决策质量对企业绩效有着积极的促进作用,并且决策承诺和决策质量在认知冲突对企业绩效的影响中起部分的中介作用。
