目的对泪囊鼻腔吻合术中严重出血进行原因分析,探讨有效预防和减少泪囊鼻腔吻合术中严重出血的方法。方法正确把握手术适应症和手术时机、按常规完善术前准备和规范手术操作,对124例泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者出血情况及原因进行分析。结果 124例泪囊鼻腔吻合术患者中,合并其他影响术中出血因素的占34%,出血量多者占14%。结论术中发生严重出血,往往是多因素的结果。通过进一步完善围手术期管理和改进手术操作技术,可有效预防和减少泪囊鼻腔吻合术中严重出血。

Objective To analyse severe bleeding in the lacrimal sac and nasal cavity anastomosis, anu mscuss on etfective prevention and ways to reduce the severe bleeding in the lacrimal sac and nasal cavity anastomosis. Methods grasping the surgical indication and timing of surgery, improving preoperative preparation and norms operative procedure as usual, 124 cases of lacrimal sac and nasal cavity anastomosis in patients with hemorrhage and analysis the cause. Results In 124 patients with anastomosis of dacryocystorhinostomy,34% merged other factors influencing the intraoperative bleeding, and 14% had blood loss. Conclusion severe bleeding is often the resuh of many factors. Further improving perioperative management and improved surgical techniques can effectively prevent and reduce serious bleeding in the lacrimal sac and nasal cavity anastomosis.
