延安大学附属医院肺炎克雷伯氏菌的分布状况及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解和掌握肺炎克雷伯菌的分布状况及耐药状况,给临床用药提供最佳方案。方法收集3年来临床标本分离的肺炎克雷伯菌进行鉴定,采用全自动微生物鉴定仪对菌落进行菌种鉴定及药敏分析。结果共分离肺炎克雷伯菌200株,分离出的肺炎克雷伯菌以呼吸内科为主,占22%,神经外科次之,占18.0%。标本以痰液为主占77%,血液标本占9%。三年产酶率分别为35.1%、38.2%、42.2%,没有逐年增高的趋势(P>0.05)。除左氧氟沙星外,其他抗生素耐药率都没有逐年增高的趋势,但整体耐药率较高。结论肺炎克雷伯菌对常用抗菌药物耐药率高,应根据药敏结果合理选用抗菌药物。 Objective To understand and grasp the bacteria pneumonia clay "resistant situation, to provide the best clinical application scheme. Methods Collect clinical samples to separate pneumonia clay" bacteria for identification, the automatic identification of microbial strains colony instrument for identification and medicine sensitivity analysis. Results 200 strains of pneumonia clay "bacteria were isolated,22% by breath medicine" 18.0% by nerve surgery ;Sputum specimens 77%, blood specimen accounted for 9%. Three annual output of enzyme rate of 35.1%, 38.2% and 42.2% respectively, no increased year trend (P 〉 0.05 ). In addition to levofloxacin outside, other antibiotics are not increased year trend ( P 〉 0.05 ), but the overall rate is higher. Conclusion Pneumonia clay "bacteria resistant to commonly used antimicrobial agents is high, antimicrobial agents should be chosen according to antimicrobial susceptibility test results.
