摘要
目的应用诊断超声引导下改良塞丁格穿刺技术行PICC导管置入,为无专用血管超声困难穿刺患者提供一种新的穿刺置管方法。方法选择因治疗需行PICC导管置入术而无直视或触摸不到外周静脉的患者6例,经诊断超声引导下应用改良塞丁格穿刺技术置入PICC导管。结果 6例全部获得成功,无1例发生并发症。结论应用诊断超声引导下改良塞丁格穿刺技术行PICC导管置入术,有效解决了无专用血管超声设施、静脉条件差而需行PICC导管置入术困难,提高了PICC穿刺置管的成功率,可作为解决困难穿刺置管的一种方法应用于临床。
Objective To study The application of improved plug in PICC Dingell technology under the guidance of diagnostic ultrasound in catheter placement. Methods Six cases of patients were selected who must do catheter placement PICC ,the diagnosis ultrasound -guided puncture technology was applied to Dingell plug into the PICC catheter. Results All 6 cases were in success, without complication. Conclusion The application of improved plug in PICC Dingell technology under the guidance of diagnostic ultrasound in catheter placement is an effective solution for the difficult of lacking special ultrasonic facilities and can be used clinically
