摘要
狭义上的学术劳动力市场是指由高等学校教师构成的、围绕价格而形成的供需双方的劳动力市场。其分割形式主要包括性别分割、学科分割、学历分割、职称分割以及学校类型分割。学术劳动力市场分割与高等教育的制度变迁存在着密切的关系,国家制度、学校制度、学科制度对我国学术劳动力市场分割有着重要影响。制度直接影响着学术劳动力市场分割的形式和类型,而院校选择使得不同层次水平的教师分化,分别在不同的学术劳动力市场中各安其位,有利于发挥教师学术潜能,学术劳动力市场分割导致学科声望出现马太效应,并对教师产生学科依附。
In a narrow sense,academic labor market consists of teachers from institutions of higher education,and the price is the center of this labor market for both the supply and the demand counterpart.The segmentation forms include gender division,subject division,title division and school type division.The segmentation of academic labor market is closely related with the changes of higher education systems.National system,school system,and discipline system have important influence on the labor market segmentation.System affects the forms and types of the academic labor market segmentation directly.Academy selection makes the division of different levels of teachers possible so that teachers can show their academic potential in different academic labor market.Academic labor market segmentation lead to Matthew effect concerning the discipline reputation,and so,discipline attachment to teachers comes into being.
