摘要
高校的人才培养质量集中反映在毕业生的发展上,因而通过毕业生的反馈信息来评价学校的课程设置和教学是否合理是一种有效的途径。但如何从毕业生那里获取所需的信息还缺乏简单易行、科学有效的措施和方法。在分析了美国学者戴尔蒙德的校友问卷基础上,结合案例探讨了校友问卷的设计、统计与分析方法。旨在使校友问卷调查工作更加科学、简单和有效,充分发挥校友在提高人才培养质量方面的积极作用。
The quality of personnel training in higher institutions can be reflected intensively on the development of the alumni,so it is an effective way for the institutions to evaluate whether their curriculum and teaching are reasonable by means of alumni′s feedback.But how to get the information required from the alumni still lacks the scientific measures and methods which are easy and effective to operate.Based on the analysis of the Diamond′s alumni questionnaire and combining with cases,this paper discusses the ways to design,calculate and analyze the alumni′s questionnaire.The paper is aimed at making the alumni′s questionnaire much more scientific,simple and effective,so as to make the alumni play more positive role in improving the quality of higher education.
