斜撑块热挤成形工艺及对高速钢性能的影响

Extrusion forming technology of sprag and its influence on high speed steel performance

摘要 提出了一种新颖的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢斜撑块的挤压成形工艺。通过研究高速钢高温材料性能,分析斜撑块外形尺寸,参考模拟过程时金属分区流动规律,优化凹模结构及工艺参数,设计出了高速钢斜撑块热挤压成形工艺和模具,并利用大量的试模实验验证了该工艺的可行性。同时,对比分析挤压前后高速钢碳化物的晶粒度和不均匀度,研究挤压工艺对高速钢碳化物的影响;并测定多次回火后锻件的硬度变化,确定斜撑块的红硬性并未下降,符合使用要求。 A new processing technology for W6Mo5Cr4V2 high speed steel(HSS) used as the extrusion molding of sprag was presented.Through the research of HSS performance under high temperature,analysis of sprag appearance and dimensions,consulting of metal partition flow during simulation process,optimization of female-die structure and technological parameters,the molding technique and die of HSS extrusion technology were designed,and then the feasibility of the technology was verified through large amount of experiments.Meanwhile,the grain size and non conformity of the HSS carbide between before-extrusion and after-extrusion were compared,and the influence of the extrusion technology on the HSS carbide was studied.The hardness of forging pieces after many times of tempering was tested,and the red hardness did not decrease which met the use requirement.
