摘要
描述了自动化生产线中出现的多种修边掉铁屑现象对现场生产的影响,分析总结了现场掉铁屑产生的各种原因。针对最易导致产生修边铁屑的模具工艺设计从两方面进行分析,并提出预防措施:一方面,在现有修边模具结构的基础上增加便于排料的装置;另一方面,更改模具修边的方式。通过对模具修边方式的更改及优化,降低了达到修边掉铁屑的现象,使产品的质量和精度得到保证,提高了自动化生产线的生产效率。
The effect of scrap iron drop in the die trimming on site production in the automatic production line was discussed,and the reasons were also summarized.The reasons of scrap iron drop in the die trimming which usually occurs in the die technological design were then analyzed in two aspects.Furthermore,the precautions were represented accordingly.On one hand,a discharge device was added based on the existing die-trimming structure.One the other hand,the trimming method was modified.By modifying and optimizing the trimming method,the scrap iron drop in the die trimming was significantly reduced,the product quality and accuracy were ensured,and the productivity of the automatic production line was improved.
