摘要
在分析爪极零件特点及成形难点的基础上,提出了温冷精密成形工艺。通过Deform-3D建立其有限元分析模型,对关键折弯工序进行分析。结果表明,a型切角、b型双向切角和c型矩形毛坯折弯工序共同经历折弯和反挤压两个阶段;a型切角毛坯成形时成形载荷适中,填充充分;通过成形实验最终得到齿形填充充分、无折叠的爪极锻件,验证了温冷精密成形的可行性。
Based on the analysis of the structural features and difficulties in forming for alternator claw poles, the warm and cold precision forming process was put forward. A finite element model was created for the critical bending process by the software Deform-3D. The results show that corner cutting, two direction corner cutting and rectangular billet experience the same two-stage process of bending and reverse extrusion during the blending process the forming load of corner cutting billet is moderate and the tooth is well filled. At last, a well tooth filling forging without overlap defects was obtained by the forming experiment, which verifies the feasibility of warm and cold precision forming.
