摘要 针对手工操作CATIA进行标准件间距、边距、排距标注效率低、准确度差的问题,基于CAA的CATIA二次开发,提出了实现标准件间距、边距、排距自动批量标注的算法,完成了快速标注系统软件,并集成到CATIA环境中。实现了标准件点位间距、边距、沿一定方向上点位间距等的批量快速标注功能。该软件在缩短工程制造周期,提高装配工艺质量方面发挥了重要作用,具有一定的工程实用价值。 It is of low efficiency and accuracy to mark the distance between two points, edge distance and the distance between two points along a certain direction by manual operation of CATIA. This paper pres-ents an algorithm based on the secondary development of CAA - based CATIA, by which the distance be-tween two points, edge distance and the distance between two points along a certain direction are automati-cally marked. The fast marking software is developed and then integrated into the environment of CATIA. The software is of practical engineering value in that it shortens manufacturing cycle time and improves the assembly process.
