See from its development status, the users digital literacy is the important factors of affecting the function of public electronic reading room. Libraries should continue to enhance the service capabilities of digital resources, develop users digital literacy education relying on public e-service platform, and realize the the change from librarian a- bility to user ability, so as to promote the sustainable development of public electronic reading room.
