三聚氰胺羟甲基醇胺树脂鞣革研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过自制三聚氰胺羟甲基醇胺树脂(melamine-methylol-hydramine resin,MMH树脂)对多种物质的溶液的稳定性能测试,发现了MMH树脂对硫酸钠、植物鞣剂、明胶及合成单宁溶液敏感,在氯化钠、戊二醛溶液中稳定。研究了MMH树脂主鞣、多种复鞣及加脂的对比实验,获得了一些有意义的结果。单独MMH树脂鞣制绵羊酸皮可以获得收缩温度(Ts)为77℃。MMH树脂鞣制后进行醛、铬盐、栲胶(塔拉与荆树皮栲胶)复鞣,革的Ts都有增加。醛和铬复鞣革的撕裂强度都所增加,而植复鞣革的撕裂强度有所降低。主鞣和复鞣革加脂后的Ts都有下降。其中,未复鞣的革下降最大为6.45℃。经过加脂革的撕裂强度都有了一定程度的增加。扫描电镜表征了胶原纤维的组织构造。MMH树脂鞣制后有很好的纤维分散能力。经过复鞣纤维间距减小。减小的顺序是铬鞣、醛鞣和植鞣。 The solution stability of prepared melamine-methylol-hydramine resin(MNH) mixing with some substances was tested The MMH is sensitive to the sodium sulfate,vegetable tanning agents,gelatin and syntannin in solution and stable to sodium chloride,glutaraldehyde in solution.The leather tanned by MMH and retanned by some other tanning agents after fatliquoring and some interesting results can be obtained.The sheepskin leather tanned alone with MMH can obtain shrinkage temperature(Ts) 77℃,and after retanning by glutaraldehyde,chromium,vegetable tannins(tara and wattle) all have a Ts increasing.Meanwhile,the leather's tear strength increased retanned with glutaraldehyde and chromium but decreased by the vegetable tannins.After fatliquoring all leather samples Ts are decreased.The biggest drop of Ts is 6.45℃,for the leather sample tanned alone with MMH.There is a increased tear strength to all leather samples fatliquored.The histological structure of leather samples was characterized by SEM,in which the collagen fibers has a good dispersion tanned by MNH.But the fiber spacing is narrowed after retanning and this spacing reduce order is chrome tanning,aldehyde tanning and vegetable tanning.
