摘要
为了深入研究折线配筋先张梁的力学性能,以Ansys有限元分析软件为工具,采用分离式模型,建立了基于三维实体预应力筋单元的折线配筋先张梁非线性有限元分析模型,分析了折点半径R对折点处应力状态的影响规律,对影响先张梁折点局部应力集中现象主要因素的预应力筋折点处圆曲线半径进行了优化;并综合考虑了工程实际中的构造要求等多方面因素后,选定R=600mm为预应力筋折点最优半径,为先张梁力学性能进一步的实验研究与理论分析打下了基础。
For the sake of further researching the mechanical property of the pretensioned prestressed concrete beams with prestressed reinforcement in polyline,the 3D nonlinear finite element model is established by FEM software ANASYS.This model adopts separate-finite element model,and the polyline prestressed reinforcement of the pretensioned beam is simulated by body element.The changing regularity of the local stress distribution by the corner radius is discussed detailedly and the corner radius is optimized by the FEA model.Considered the changing regularity and various of construction requirement in engineering practice,R=600 mm is selected as the optimalizing radius.This research lays a good foundation for the further researches and wide applications of the polyline pretensioned beams.
